Lauren Visconti
Owner + Esthetician
Lauren graduated from the Marketti School of Cosmetology and immediately started her career in esthetics. She has always been interested in the beauty industry and knew being able to work alongside people everyday and make them feel and look their best would bring her fulfillment. Her goal is to make each client feel as comfortable and satisfied as possible. Each service Lauren offers is customized for that individual to result in the best possible outcome. Her passion lies with her friends, family and growing Lo’s Beauty Bar. She spends her free time with her two favorite guys, her husband Steve and their son Landon. Being a mom brings her the most happiness! She is blessed with the best group of girlfriends and is always down to have a good time! Lauren looks forward to meeting you and helping you with any skincare or beauty needs.
Dr. Visconti
Supervising Physician + Clinical Director
Dr. Visconti is the Supervising Physician and Clinical Director. He received a medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology and later certified by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. He has over 30 years of experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology. As a talented, conservative, experienced injector, Dr. Visconti extends his interventional and diagnostic skills to his latest passion, medical aesthetics. He artistically administers facial Dermal fillers using a combination of small needles and microcannulas. Volumizing enhancement of cheeks and lips as well as wrinkle and line reduction are areas of interest to him. Neuromodulaters including Botox, Xeomin, Dysport and newest product Jeaveau (Newtox) are used to reduce wrinkles for the benefit of the patient. He brings over 10 years of aesthetics experience from his private office in Petoskey, Michigan to Lake Orion.

Richard Hallowell BIS, BSN-RN has worked in Healthcare for 15 years. His passion is making people feel comfortable in their own skin with subtle natural aesthetic enhancements. Richard, his wife, 2 boys and their cat are Rochester residents.

Lore is a licensed microblader, receiving her certification from the accredited Beauty Angels Academy in 2019. Her experience with Beauty Angels Academy was “nothing short of amazing” with Yvonne Gevargesian and Kler Rosenburg as her Master Trainers. She is excited to be offering Microblading services at Lo’s to give her clients the eyebrows they’ve always wanted while continuing to provide the latest and greatest techniques.
Carly Newman
Esthetician
Carly graduated from Brighton Institute of Cosmetology focusing exclusively on ?????????. She is passionate about skincare and her main focus is making people look and feel good about themselves. Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, and her dog (she’s a big animal lover!) and is extremely close to her family. When she’s not making your skin glow, you can find her cooking, hiking, traveling, and reading.

Barbara is a proud graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute and has been helping people reach their full feel-good potential for the last eight years as a massage therapist. Finding true passion within her career, Barbara thrives on being able to identify her clients’ needs and create a luxurious and efficient healing experience through therapeutic techniques such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stones, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Aroma Touch Therapy, and many more. When she’s not in the office, Barbara enjoys sightseeing around Michigan and spending time with her boyfriend Brian, and three kids, Eddie, Eric and Kayla.
Sherri Alvarado
Licensed Esthetician + Lash Technician
Sherri is a licensed esthetician who specializes in eyelash extensions. She customizes each set of extensions based on the clients natural lashes and desired look. Her attention to detail and knowledge on this service separate her from the rest. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, running and reading. She’s excited to create magic with your lashes!
Carolina De La Rosa
Stylist
Carolina graduated from beauty school in 2015 and shortly began her stylist career. She loves the way the client feels once the desired look is achieved. She loves watching and learning new trends in order to master new techniques. Updos and highlighting are her favorite things to do. On her free time she enjoys being outside with her kids. Carolina is excited to start back in the salon and getting to meet new faces.
