Carly graduated from Brighton Institute of Cosmetology. She is passionate about skincare and her main focus is making people look and feel good about themselves. Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, and her dog (she’s a big animal lover!) and is extremely close to her family. When she’s not making your skin glow, you can find her cooking, hiking, traveling, and reading.

Stephanie is a licensed esthetician who blends passion, precision and expertise to transform skin and build confidence. After graduating from Douglas J Aveda Institute, she pursued advanced certifications in eyelash lifts and tints, eyebrow laminations and facial peels. Known for her keen attention to detail and ability to customize treatments for each client, Stephanie creates a soothing and empowering experience in every session.

Her specialties include facials, peels, microneedling and lash treatments, and she takes pride in helping clients achieve glowing, healthy skin. Stephanie believes that beauty begins with self-care and is dedicated to helping you feel confident, pampered and like your very best self -inside and out.

Alysse Figa is a licensed esthetician and lash artist at Lo’s Beauty Bar & Med Spa. A graduate of the Douglas J Aveda Institute in East Lansing, she specializes in eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts + tint, and customized facials that blend result driven skincare with a luxurious, relaxing experience.

Alysse is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their own skin. Her approach is gentle, attentive, and personalized. Each service is thoughtfully tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re looking to enhance your natural lashes, or achieve glowing, balanced skin, Alysse is dedicated to helping you look and feel your absolute best.

Carolina graduated from beauty school in 2015 and shortly began her stylist career. She loves the way the client feels once the desired look is achieved. She loves watching and learning new trends in order to master new techniques. Updos and highlighting are her favorite things to do. On her free time she enjoys being outside with her kids. Carolina is excited to be in the salon and meet new faces.

Cassie began her career in cosmetology after graduating from Grondin’s Academy in 2004, later expanding her professional foundation with a marketing degree from Saginaw Valley State University. Over the years, she has managed salon and spa operations for respected names like Kiva and Premier Salons—gaining not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of client care, team leadership, and beauty business operations.

Her journey has taken her around the world, with the opportunity to live abroad and experience different cultures—something that fuels her creativity and love for connection.

Cassie specializes in blonding, dimensional color, precision cuts, and bridal hair + makeup. With nearly two decades of experience, her approach blends artistry with authenticity. Her chair is a space where clients feel seen, heard, and beautiful—inside and out.

Outside of the salon, you’ll find her adventuring with family, exploring new places, or chasing sunsets (with good coffee in hand).

Lore is a licensed microblader, receiving her certification from the accredited Beauty Angels Academy in 2019. Her experience with Beauty Angels Academy was “nothing short of amazing” with Yvonne Gevargesian and Kler Rosenburg as her Master Trainers. She is excited to be offering Microblading services at Lo’s to give her clients the eyebrows they’ve always wanted while continuing to provide the latest and greatest techniques. 

Barbara is a proud graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute and has been helping people reach their full feel-good potential for the last eight years as a massage therapist. Finding true passion within her career, Barbara thrives on being able to identify her clients’ needs and create a luxurious and efficient healing experience through therapeutic techniques such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stones, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Aroma Touch Therapy, and many more. When she’s not in the office, Barbara enjoys sightseeing around Michigan and spending time with her husband Brian, and three kids, Eddie, Eric and Kayla. 

Kate is the heart of Lo’s Beauty Bar and Med Spa, serving as our wonderful office manager who ensures everything runs smoothly. With over 10 years of management experience spanning real estate, legal administration, and the medical field, Kate brings a wealth of expertise to our team. She is deeply passionate about creating an inclusive environment where clients feel loved, comfortable, and confident. A lifelong resident of the Oxford/Lake Orion community, Kate is also the proud mom of two wonderful boys, West and Axel. When she’s not managing the spa, you can find her selling real estate, exploring the outdoors with her family, or traveling to new and exciting places!
